Studio Rental

Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be made online. Time slots are not held automatically and are confirmed upon studio approval (within 48 hours). We recommend booking two months in advance. Priority is given to long-term renters. Cancellations or reschedules require 5 days' notice. Missed appointments or late changes may result in loss of studio time or charges. In cases of studio closure due to severe weather or emergencies, credit will be applied to your account. A valid photo ID and an active card must be on file at all times. This is required for access and security, especially during unsupervised use. By renting, you agree to: Use hours within 6 months of purchase Use the studio only for classes, rehearsals, or private lessons Be present at all times during your rental Stay within your scheduled time (late stays = $35/hour or loss of credit) Use your assigned smart lock code (active 15 min before/after your rental) Keep your session and guests inside the rental area If the studio is not returned to its original condition i.e dirty, trash left behind, a $125 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file. You may use all provided furniture, lighting, and audio equipment. Please return everything in the same condition and notify us of any issues or damage immediately. Contempo is not responsible for power outages, AC failures, or WiFi issues. The studio assumes no liability for injury, property loss, or accidents during rental. All use is at your own risk. If an incident occurs, you must notify the studio with full details and a written report. By submitting your rental request, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
